They are so professional, agile,clean and neat. Rob was one of the best employee that I dealt with. He made the process of repairing my car much easier than I expected! I strongly recommend this place.
I recently had the unfortunate need to contact Haskins for auto body work after a car accident. I'm new to town and was worried about brining my Jeep somewhere new, but I needed a place close to home and the fact that Enterprise is located within Haskins made it a great option for me. I am SO glad I went to Haskins. They called me every day with updates (my car had other issues that needed to be repaired), and even saved me money by helping with my insurance claim. Haskins did a great job on my car! Only took a week and even swapped around some of the wheels for me and polished them up. Rental was simple and easy. I would definitely recommend anyone in the general area to check out Haskins for your auto body needs.
I stopped by Haskins because I had driven into my garage and there was paint and a small dent in the car. I was really worried because it looked very bad. They were so nice and immediately came out to survey the damage, reassured me that it was mostly paint on my car and then brought out a paint thinner and removed the unsightly paint scratches... FOR FREE. They were so nice and absolutely refused to take any money. Definitely would go back there!
Wow - it is obvious that some of the people writing reviews either have very unrealistic expectations, or are clueless about vehicle repairs. I had Haskins repair my leased Hyundai which was rear-ended. I wanted to take it back to the Hyundai dealership since that would eliminate any " it wasn't repaired right" issues at the end of the lease. Terrific place for body work. They are meticulous and pulled not be nicer. My mini was pretty well crushed in the front. Picked it up today and it was like new.
EVERYONE i talked to here was incredibly helpful and friendly- especially Tim, my service advisor. I brought my car in for a starter replacement. Since my car is over 20 years old, there were a couple other problems keeping it from starting properly. The folks at Haskins went above and beyond to help me fix my car. Now it's running better than ever! EXCELLLENT customer service, great work, and fair prices too. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.
Manager Tim was so kind to me today. I pulled in with a piece of my muffler dragging off the bottom of my car. He quickly had a nice man put my car on the lift and pry it off. He really saved my day and he did not even charge me for the favor!
The workers there were very nice and took great care of me. They got the job done, but did take a bit longer than they said it would.
