Amazing customer oriented service at a reasonable cost. They don't try to con you into getting unnecessary services done and are transparent about their pricing. Chad was especially helpful and kind! Will definitely be coming back the next time my car needs to get serviced!
I think Haskins usually does a good job with auto service at a fair price but on my last visit I was disappointed when they messed up my appointment. I made an appointment for just an oil change and inspection and told them that I would like to wait for the car. They said come in at 8am and they would do it right away. I love Haskins Automotive. I recently had service and have had auto body work done here. The people at the desk are wonderful and very accommodating. The quality of the work performed is excellent. They are my #1 go-to for repair, auto body and detailing.
I went to Haskins Automotive for my annual car inspection. The service was great! The building was very clean, and the people were friendly. They gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take. It was a nice clear day, so I went out walking toward Wellesley Square as I waited. They called me when it was done, and all the paperwork was in the car. I was very happy with the experience.
I had a very good experience at Haskins auto repair in July of 2019. I had brought my jeep to Haskins and the mechanic did an amazing job and the customer service is fantastic. They kept me up to date on my jeep and I felt the price was reasonable. Thanks to the team.
