Recently brought my car in for a new noise, and was really expecting bad news. Turned out to a very minor issue that had a simple, cheap fix or an alternate more expensive fix. Rob and his team recommended the simple fix; and I know for a fact if I had brought my car into the dealership they would've told me my only option was the expensive route! Thanks!

Have been to Haskins quite a few times and have been very happy with the high quality work that was done at a very reasonable price. I brought my 2011 VW golf in for service and Lexus RX 2013 and was happy with the quality of workmanship and quick turn around time. Excellent customer service every time I stop by.

These guys were excellent! Very helpful and patient with both me and my father who were calling them for a day straight, trying to get answers about how much my car repairs would be. The work was handled professionally and efficiently :) And I appreciate all they did for me. They come highly recommended

I had to bring in my '02 Corolla for service because I had just gotten a new muffler put on from another shop and it already had a leak and needed a new heat shield. Doug was very polite to me through the entire transaction and updated me on the work being done. He also took the time to explain why the muffler needed the repairs which I felt super helpful, and everything was finished within a day. Haskins is the place to go in Wellesley if somebody smashes into your car in Whole Foods parking lot and then drives off. I know, because it happened to me. Haskins is efficient and polite and not expensive compared to the dealers. There's a reason they've been in business so long.

After being in an accident I took my car in to Haskins to be fixed. They were very helpful and the services was great. They were in contact with me and my insurance company which made the process very easy. They also gave me regular updates and were happy to answer all questions I had. Also very helpful that Enterprise is located within Haskins which made dropping off my rental car very convenient. The car looks and runs better than before the accident, I will absolutely use their services again!

We definitely prefer going to Haskins than to a dealership, where you're just another number. Our repair took slightly longer than quoted (Mon v. Fri.), but we were happy with the work. (They repaired what was wrong in one visit, while our dealership did several thousand dollars worth of work and never fixed the original problem.) We dealt with Rob, Eric, and another gentleman, and all were friendly and professional.
