Brought my Scion 2011 XB in to replace the bumper after a rear-ended accident. I had bad experience with Auto Body shop so I was skeptical at first but I chose to go there as it was near my house and had been in business for years. They had to get approval from the insurance for the extra work to be done. At the end, it took less than a week to complete the job. Most importantly, the color of rear bumper blended very well with the body and you could hardly tell that it was a replacement. The staff are mostly friendly.

My honda Pliot was in an accident and the front bumper had to be changed. The guys at Haskins were very professional and responsive to my questions and did a great job in completing the body work in fact earlier than initially suggested. I was very surprised to see the car cleaned and washed the car...., They also provided a free 20 point inspection. In the spring I was in my very first car accident and I was confused/ overwhelmed by the whole process. Somewhere along the line, I was told that I could take the car anywhere for service. I instantly thought of Haskins and they were amazing! Customer Service was off the charts! got a rental car and they worked directly with the other driver's insurance company! Car came back to me in perfect condition- just like the day I drove it off the lot. I highly recommend Haskins.

These guys get it! I brought my 2008 Land Rover to them last year to solve a suspension related issue. They determined it needed a new air compressor. They replaced it and it worked well up until a couple weeks ago when the air bag suspension wouldn't hold air anymore and the car was riding dangerously low and bottoming out on bumps. I brought it back to Haskins and they determined it was a fault within the air compressor they replaced and it was still under warranty. They replaced it free of charge. But it gets better. Had front bumper replaced and repairs were done on time as promised. Auto Body was recommend by insurance company (which I am also happy with), the shop was close enough that I could get my exercise run by dropping and picking up the vehicle. Picked up the vehicle and it was spotless inside out, I felt like I picked up a new vehicle it was so clean - not for long as we have a snow storm coming. We brought our 2013 Lexus RX 350 to Haskins Automotive in Wellesley due to a fender bender we had which took out rear bumper. Rob Haskins and the people there could not have been nicer, more professional and courteous. They explained exactly what needed to be done and how long it would take. Awesome place! After being treated poorly my the mechanic I had been dealing with for years, I finally decided to bring my car elsewhere. The staff at Haskins were all incredibly nice and were very patient when I asked questions. They found a broken part that my other mechanic had overlooked for what I believe was 3 years. I will definitely be bringing my car back for all future maintenance and repairs!!
