I contacted Flood Solutions after identifying water damage on the ceiling of our downstairs bathroom. Joey was quick to respond and send one of his employees out to do a free assessment. I asked about a military discount and he offered he could do this. Although we went through insurance, and Joey later explained the discounts don't usually apply in these instances; he still honored the discount because this wasn't explained to me beforehand. Flood solutions was the restoration and repair company for my recent sewage flood. They not only came in and ensured the house was safe, clean and repaired they also were the general contractor for all the replacement works. Such things as dry walls, carpeting, tiling, carpentry and paint. The repair and restore was a very difficult project. Reached out to Flood Solutions based on their Yelp reviews. Joey spent over an hour on the phone with me about my situation with another local flood restoration company here in Oceanside that I was having issues with. A true professional, Joey was able to refer me to a specialist for my specific concern. Be careful who you hire to do any kind of repair or reconstruction in your home after a flood! Look for a local company with good Yelp reviews--I wish I had checked on Yelp and found Joey and Flood Solutions sooner!

We are very satisfied. Flood Solutions does high-quality work that they stand behind. You can always find a lower price, but before you hire a local handyman, consider the importance of punctuality and professionalism. If Flood says they're going to be there at 8 AM, someone is knocking at your door at 7:45, anxious to get started. One of my network partners was speaking about his rental space in a commercial building's roof and the problem he has been having getting a leak fixed. Mold is his biggest concern. We had a slow leak from our kitchen drain pipe which caused mold on the backs of our lower kitchen cabinets and discoloration of our toe kicks. We were referred to Flood Solutions from the plumbing company that came out to repair our leak. Joey and his entire team of workers has been great to work with. In early August of 2017, I awoke to the sound of water dripping from my master bedroom toilet on the second floor of my home.
