Joey, the owner of the company is a real easy person to work with - he is reliable, pleasant, and takes his job seriously. Sam is in charge of the mold remediation projects and he is also very good. Tino and Jason were the two guys who completed the job for us. We had a leak that led to mold in one of our rooms. When we discovered mold in our garage from a leaky AC, I called 3 different local shops and Flood Solutions were the only people to pick up the phone (it was after hours) and had someone out the next day. They handled almost all of the discussions with our insurance adjuster, and checked in at the end of every of day of work, updating me on progress and advising of next steps. We called Flood Solutions after a pipe leak at our house. We did not end up using them due to insurance issues, but were very happy with their service. Of the 3 companies I called, they were the most prompt with coming out to assess the property, send me their estimate, and then follow-up with the many questions I asked. If you are looking for 5-star customer service, I highly recommend Flood Solutions!

I highly recommend Flood Solutions - they did an incredible job cleaning and restoring water damage in my master bedroom caused by that wild wind-driven rainstorm back on Inauguration Day. They were very responsive, timely, informative on all quotes and the workers did a great job. This included clean up, carpet repair, drywall replacement, baseboard and door frame replacement - not to mention fixing the source of the problem. Plumber fixed a leaky pipe in the wall. Another company didn't even call us back, but Flood Solutions answered their phone, and got the ball rolling. Demo of wet wall, mold preventative, drying, replacement, painting. It all went so smooth, and everything looks great! Thanks soooo much Flood Solutions!!

We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom shower, which started to leak into our kitchen downstairs. We first called Pacific Plumbing, who also did a great job helping. One of the best things he did was to call Flood Control Solutions. They came out in just over an hour and this was on a Sunday morning. I was really surprised by such a quick response on a weekend.
