The dry out was faster then we expected. Cane did a great job and talked me through the process. a few days later he came and cleaned up, left us with zero mess. One of the owners was able to access the site with in 25 minutes of the call. thanks for the great quick service. CM

This is an update to my review from 6/6/23. As indicated, Joey & Christian did an excellent job in remediating our flooded kitchen. In the previous version of this review, I shared that after the job was done, it became difficult to contact Flood Solutions and resolve some minor outstanding questions from our insurance carrier. I had a pin hole leak in my ceiling and didn't realize it was leaking until it had saturated all the drywall in the ceiling, by then everything was ruined. A friend of mine referred me to Flood Solution, after I called them they had a crew come out within an hour. They immediately went to work helping me get my house back to normal. Joey was so responsive when I reached out about a ceiling hot water pipe leak that had damaged some drywall and insulation. As soon as we had the plumber repair the leak, Joey's team came out immediately to set up a barrier, cut out the damaged drywall and insulation and dry everything out. After three days of thorough drying, they replaced the insulation, re-drywalled the ceiling and put us back in paint-ready condition. These people were at my place quickly to give me a free estimate. Then, they helped me further with my water heater damage. They were clean, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would use them again in a second.

Excellent!! They were prompt and professional. Joey would text me everyday keeping me updated on the progress and the workers were always on time and professional. The room is perfect and doesn't even look like there was any water damage. I would highly recommend this company!
These guys were great! We had a slab leak and they took care of everything while we were out of town, remediating all the damage and leaving it very clean. They even taped up the open cabinet boxes to keep our toddlers out while we wait for dry wall. Highly recommend.
