After renting a property out in Carlsbad we needed a specialist to come out to examine our property after the tenant took horrendous care of it. In the middle of replacing flooring in my hall bathroom we unfortunately discovered some mold issues and reached out to Flood Solutions. Immediately they responded by having Christian Acosta come to my home and assess the damage along with the necessary steps to remediate the issue. Joey and his team were respectful, honest and got the job done. We found mold in our granny flat kitchen after removing the cabinets that had water damage from the previous homeowners. We were expecting to find it unfortunately. Having small children, we panicked. We had two companies come out to give estimates. They both had different opinions and wanted to know if our insurance would cover it. We had a leak and what looked like microbial growth in the kitchen of our new home, and as first time homeowners were weren't quite sure what to do. From our first call to Flood Solutions, everyone there was extremely helpful and responsive. Flood Solutions performed the demo and the dry out, and did a fantastic job with everything. We wouldn't hesitate to use Flood Solutions again!

I had an amazing experience with Flood Solutions. Christian came out and quickly gave an assessment of the situation. He was extremely honest and informed me that because the damage I had was so minimal that it would be more cost effective for me to attempt to fix it myself. He told me all the equipment I would need to get/rent and instructed me on how to properly setup and use the equipment. I would definitely use Flood Solutions again if I ever run into an emergency, they are great!

Flood solutions is a phenomenal company. We have used them twice now for issues in our home and they have done great work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of mold remediation.
