I had roof leak during the last rain, called my insurance company who sent out a different company 1 day later. The Other company poked a couple holes in my wall, set a dehumidifier and 2 fans in the middle of the room, and left them there for 7 days. The only thing that dried out was my families sinuses. 2 days later, my hardwood floor started to warp, and moisture was still present. First class service, from start to finish! No gimmicks, just straight forward professionalism all around. I've dealt with many Flood and Restoration companies due to the nature of my profession, and Floods Solutions is hands down my first and only call. Floods whether it's clean, grey or black water, it's almost the worst thing that can happen so it's great to have someone that you can "go to" and know they will take care of you in an honest and professional way. I had a burst water line and had to remove vanity, contain mold spores, fix water line, and restore drywall and bathroom finishes. Sam at Flood Solutions was exceptionally fast, professional, prompt, consciousness of home was amazing, and worked around our family of four with no disruption. This is the team you want to work with, all exceptional at their trades! No financial surprises, estimates given were invoices rendered. Followup and finish and clean up second to none. Horrid experience with this company. Extremely immature management. They parked in places they were not authorized to park on property, resulting in over $400 in towing fees I had to pay because they were blocking my access with their vehicles constantly.. instead of parking in the DESIGNATED SERVICE WORKERS PARKING AREA -which was 20 yards away from my personal paid parking spot. Joey has been changing his words even after he made a promise. You should ask him to record his words in writing, otherwise he will deny what he has said over the phone. His business is NOT trustworthy. Damage is done and lessons learned.

We hired Flood Solutions Inc. for water damage in my kitchen. We found out their workers damaged my appliances and split my countertop to two pieces. They never mentioned to us they made these damages until those were discovered by accident. When it was brought up to him, he mentioned they thought they would glue it back together (who wants glued countertop?), which means they already knew what has happened but didn't tell us until it was discovered by us. This company is set up to get you to pay way more than you bargained for their services. I hired them to remove an asbestos base for my furnace and water/mold damaged drywall. They nickel and dimed me all the way to completion. They also run multiple "related" companies out of the same office telling you that they are different companies which run the same way. I had a drain pipe burst in my kitchen and it flooded the bedroom below. I called the plumbing company I used in the past and they recommended Flood Solutions to come out and remediate first. I called and spoke with Joey and he said he they don't work weekends so would send someone out on Monday. I had tenants in the house so I had to coordinate everything with them as well.
