Thank You Flood Solutions! I have a two bedroom apartment that developed a hot water leak in the slab. They responded quickly, took control and removed drywall, flooring as needed, dried out the areas, located the leak and rerouted a new water line so the floor did not have to be destroyed to fix it. It was nice to know that one call and they had the resources to take care of the situation quickly and efficiently.

Our neighbors water heater leaked into our garage (we share garage walls) and it caused mold and water damage to the base of our water heater and surrounding walls. We called Flood Solutions and they came out and gave us a quote right away. Our water heater needed to be removed and the base rebuilt (i.e. NO hot water for a while!). If you thought a leak in your crawl space flowing down through your foyer ceiling light onto your foyer wood floor is a disaster, DON'T. It's really a blessing in disguise, because if you're fortunate enough to have called Flood Solutions you will be introduced to a company that you will be forever grateful to have met! We had a water leak just before the New Year's Eve day. We called Flood Solutions and they came out that same day. Very impressive responsiveness!! They were very instructive and helpful through the process and helped us arrange a plumbing service to fix the leak when we couldn't get our regular plumbing service to come out on short notice. They were very professional and communicated regularly throughout the clean up process. During this El Níno Storm I had flooding in my home. I'm a plumber and i know what great customer service is, and Tino was excellent. He came in and set up and took some of the worry out of the situation. If I ever need to recommend a restoration company this is it. Thanks guys

During a kitchen remodel a baseboard was removed and we discovered mold behind it. It was no surprise as we has a small roof leak repaired recently that may have been going on for awhile. My painter advised me to call a mold remediation company. I got two estimates and Flood Solutions was the lowest. Interestingly they used a small flexible camera to look behind the wall and the other company did not. Had a bad water leak for several days. Found FS on Angie's list with A ratings. Contacted Joey who promptly showed up and gave me a ballpark figure. I accepted and they started working that day. Sam the field supervisor was very attentive and communicated to me what was going on. The job was done in three days and site was cleaned up. I was impressed with their response and professionalism and would highly recommend them

Unbelievably great. We discovered we had a mold problem and they were able to get there and take care of every aspect. Very clean and professional. they sealed up everything and completely cleaned up after themselves. These guys saved the day for me! Being able to handle a job that tested positive both lead and asbestos, they took care of everything! When I was not able to get a plumber to the job when they needed one, they even coordinated that for me!
