Christian Acosta came out for the free consult/inspection and used his machine to see how much damage there was from a potential slab leak. He was extremely professional, very experienced and helpful. He was honest and told us that we actually didn't need remediation services because he only located a small area of moisture and that we could pull up the carpet and dry it out easily in that spot. Joey and Shaun with Flood Solutions saved the day! I called about a leaking water heater at 7am on a Saturday. I received an immediate response with my inquiry and they were out here by 9:15am and I had a new water heater installed by 10am!! I would 100% use them again and recommend. The person who showed up to do the initial inspection was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. I also spoke on the phone twice with the owner who was so very patient answering my myriad of questions. Very personable. He also dealt with several emails from me. And more and more questions--always patiently! It's clear they know what they're doing and are willing to work with you to make you a happy customer. And I am! Thank you, Flood Solutions!

Flood solutions did a great job remediating the water intrusion in my kitchen, repairing the damage and rebuilding my cabinets. I was really happy that they were very careful to make sure and preserve my granite countertops. I was aware of the risk that the counters could crack or break during the process and Flood Solutions took the extra care to prevent any damage. Joey and his tradesman were very professional.

Joey the owner Flood Solutions is a straight shooter. He assessed my leak from a sink to the ceiling below and told me it wasn't that bad and that I could probably do it myself for much cheaper. He said I did not need the full water restoration service that he provides and told me exactly what to do. Very grateful that I called him.
