I've used Flood Solutions a few of times and have been impressed with responsiveness, communication and professionalism. First time was a burst fire sprinkler, second was a backup in a bathroom and last time was a leak in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

I had a pipe leaking in the ground floor of my condo where I had water damage and the water walls affected with mold and damage to the carpet. Joey was very communicative with me on every step of the repair from cutting out and drying the walls, patch, texture, baseboards, paint and carpet replacement-seamless from start to finish. Flood Solutions is a class act in the restoration business. I have had a number of leaks in various buildings, and Flood Solutions alwatys comes to save the day. Very thorough and professional. We called Flood Solutions because we were experiencing warm spots on our tile floor and got a notice from the city stating our water had been running for 5 days straight...Flood solutions responded to our call immediately and determined there was an issue with our hot water line. Flood solutions also had somebody come out to make sure there was no mold in our walls or flooring.
