Richie did plumbing work for me on a multi unit home. We ended up having to re-pipe both units and install new waterless tanks! Richie did a wonderful job with staying in communications with myself, the tenant, and the property management company. he also was flexible with scheduling. I appreciate the service from Richie and the company. They have gained a loyal customer.

Awesome experience with Elite Plumbing and Drains. Everardo Duenas Jr and his team did a great job installing your washer and dryer hook up, and you haven't had any issues with the installation in the past. When i encountered another plumbing problem with a clogged sink, plumber Jorge Nunez provided excellent customer service and took care of the situation while explaining everything to me I would recommend Elite Plumbing and Drains to anyone with plumbing inquiries.

We were having some draining problems in the beginning but then our water heater started leaking and then our ceiling. So we had a mess. We were greatful to the owner JR who took our situation seriously and without hesitancy came to our rescue. Very professional, thorough and reasonable price point for what we needed fixed. This company was gracious by granting me a same day appointment. My service Technician Jorge was great. He was professional, quick, and explained my plumbing issue in lay terms. I thought the charge was a bit pricey but they fixed my clogged sink in no time. I guess you get what you pay for. I would definitely you this company again!

Everado responded to my queery on Yelp about what is the requirement for water heater installations for my multifamily complex in Moreno Valley, whether the tanks have to be put on 18" stand if inside the house utility room, or is that rule only in the garage . Junior and the team at Elite Plumbing are AMAZING!! So professional and honest! We moved to Riverside County and have had a lot of issues with the plumbing in our home since day one. took time to figure out best way to handle our plumbing issue and stands by work...after past plumbers we had and did not take care of problems but we had paid arm and leg....elite fees were reasonable for amount of time of work done. will definitly use again if needed and highly recommend to other homeowners if they need need a plumber

We had a slab leak and called a few plumbers out for estimate. Jorge from Elite was so knowledgeable and professional. They promised they could get the job done in half the time others quoted and didn't disappoint. Their work was top notch and they contained the dust and craziness like the pros they are. We have found our plumbers and would 10/10 recommend to friends and family!
