The owner came directly to my house to give me an estimate, he really took so much time to understand the things we needed done and I recommend this company for their excellent customer service.

I recently had a plumbing issue where my showers were backing up. Thinking it was a simple clogging issue I called out a different plumbing service I had used before. That company was unable to solve our issue and left 2 inches of standing water in our shower after unsuccessfully snaking it. They said they would email us a quote to rip out our shower and get to the drains, which they never did. I had the best experience with Elite Plumbing. I called for an appointment on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving and was able to get an appointment early Friday morning. They were on time, explained everything in detail and were extremely knowledgeable, super friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I'm glad my sister found them and referred them to me. I called Elite Plumbing because our regular plumber ignored us after a drain fix that started backing up again. Richie showed up earlier than expected and got right to business. I felt pretty dumb when he showed me it was just hair that collected in the new drain plug. Fixed in less than a minute. To my shock, Richie didn't charge me for the visit. Elite Plumbing and Drains came to my rescue within a few hours on a Saturday to camera my sewer system to figure out why our plumbing backed up. Although it wasn't great news, they were able to resolve the issue enough the same night to allow us to continue use until their return on Monday to do the big repair. The entire team went out of their way to make sure everything was fixed and in working order before guests arrived for my son's wedding.
