I was getting a water softener installed for our home in Fontana. Before contracting with Elite Plumbing and Drains, I did my due diligence to get several estimates. I called Elite Plumbing because our regular plumber ignored us after a drain fix that started backing up again. Richie showed up earlier than expected and got right to business. I felt pretty dumb when he showed me it was just hair that collected in the new drain plug. Fixed in less than a minute. To my shock, Richie didn't charge me for the visit. Elite Plumbing and Drains came to my rescue within a few hours on a Saturday to camera my sewer system to figure out why our plumbing backed up. Although it wasn't great news, they were able to resolve the issue enough the same night to allow us to continue use until their return on Monday to do the big repair. The entire team went out of their way to make sure everything was fixed and in working order before guests arrived for my son's wedding. What an awesome reliable and fast turnaround time for a company. They came out to my house the same day I called. Jorge and Duane were very helpful and knowledgeable about detecting an upstairs leak in my master bath. I would recommend this company for any plumbing services needed.

Just wanted to take time so if anyone is looking for plumber, definitely would recommend this business , I called late Friday afternoon and they came to my parents home and took care of problem and they even showed me what the problem was, also if you want to know about the pricing very reasonable
