I am very happy with my experience with Elite Plumbing. Communication has been excellent. The employees listened to my concerns, and kept the repair plan simple. Prices were reasonable and they were able to begin repairs immediately. The employees were also very clean and courteous. In the end, the work was completed quickly and cleanly. We had a great experience with Elite Plumbing & Drains. Our heater was not working and Dannon came out and diagnosed the problem, providing insight to help make the most financially smart decision. He answered any questions we had and made sure we got the unit. Guillermo, Christian, Angel and Joseph came to our home and took care of everything. This was my 2nd job with Elite Plumbing, and again, it was an amazing experience from start to finish! This job was minor in comparison to the first job, but I was still impressed with the team effort of Dannon, Duane and Angel.They installed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal for me.They were fast, knowledgeable and Professional.The absolute added bonus for "me" was that they left their work area completely spotless!!!! Jose Lopez came out to fix the leaking around the new faucet base plate that was installed earlier that day and he was AWESOME! I had to call again today due to losing water pressure! He cleared the odd build up in the new faucet head and ran the water to make sure the debris was gone! Truly he was Amazing and I can't thank him enough!

Update: 2/19/26 Again, I just want to say what a great company Elite Plumbing & Drains is. I called to have a simple outside water valve fixed. They originally scheduled to come out on 2/18, but due to an emergency requiring their team, they called and rescheduled for a 2/19 visit. Duane was who they sent out. He called and arrived right at 8:00am. He did a quick assessment and replaced the valve within the hour. Again, great service!!! If you need plumbing service, this is the company to use!
