It all started with a slow draining toilet. The toilet was replaced in Oct. 2020 by NexGen for the same symptom. Roots were found in 2020. So, I called NexGen. They did a camera inspection and discovered a section of the sewage line was buckled with roots intruding. NexGen quoted $70K!!! So, I got on Yelp, started a project and requested additional estimates. I am thankful Elite Plumbing responded. So glad to have called Elite Plumbing and Drains to fix our toilet leak. Their perfect 5 stars reviews bespeaks of the company . The owner Everardo and Ricky and George were very knowledgeable of their work, and professional. They fixed the problem with ease and the restroom was clean after, no mess. Needed a replacement for a leaking pressure and shutoff valve in the garage. Elite was quick to respond on Yelp and made it out same day. They were very professional and made detailed recommendations on work needed for a long-lasting repair. The replacement piping, parts, and installation are high quality with much better craftmanship than the original the installed by the homebuilder. I had a small issue that could have become a big issue if left unattended. I reached out to a couple of plumbers on Yelp, Elite plumbing was the first to respond, but I felt I couldn't take the first option so spoke with a few other companies. Evervaldo at Elite Plumbing not only offered the best price but he did the best job of explaining the issue and my options. Thank you to Jorge and Gio and for coming out to fix our kitchen pipes ! We had to contact our property management since there was a leak coming from our water heater to our kitchen, and Elite plumbing was able to come fix it very quickly!! Thank you for being very kind, patient, and professional especially with our dogs whining in the house the entire time!! Lol

Alex came out initially and helped pinpoint the general location of a leak that another plumber couldn't locate. Showed up on time and was completely professional. When it became clear that there was a large volume of water that needed to be dried out, Alex referred me to a Restoration company who had also been very responsive and professional.
