As a building manager, I quickly needed to treat/remediate mold growth in my tenant's bathroom and bedroom closet. Trevor and his team drove out and did an amazing job. We hired All Dry Services for mold inspection and remediation based on air quality inspection we did earlier. Trevor showed up at our house and started asking the right questions to understand the problem at hand. He did a thorough inspection. He inspected the attic and crawl space as well in entirety. A slow leak behind our refrigerator ruined much of our laminate kitchen floor. All Dry was the first quote we received. Trevor was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and professional. Although the area we had to treat ended up being a lot bigger than expected, he stayed calm and went with the flow (no pun intended). I had a pipe burst in my home that resulted in major damage. All Dry East Bay was very responsive and immediately assisted me with the clean up. They walked me through each step of process and even coordinated with my homeowners insurance to ensure that everything was paid for. The professionalism and excellent customer service exhibited by All Dry was really soothing in a situation that was otherwise very stressful for my family and me.
