I was caught off guard last month when I started seeing huge water stains coming down my walls after my upstairs neighbors had a leaking air conditioning unit. This review is to speak to the integrity and expertise of Trevor and his company. We reached out because we had a leaky kitchen faucet that leaked into the downstairs neighbor. We had reached out to the remediation company recommended by our HOA company that quoted us a mind-numbing amount for extensive work that required relocating the residents downstairs. Just had a fantastic experience with All Dry Service. An outdoor pipe burst and flooded the crawl space; I was able to repair the pipe, but after a few days an odor arose from the crawl space door. I worried it might have standing water that could cause mold or damage the foundation. I called All Dry Services on Wednesday -- a holiday -- and received a call back in less than 10 minutes. Very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. I'd requested through Yelp bids to clean and and examine water damage in our mechanical closet. Theirs was the fastest reply, the most thorough visual inspection, and the least expensive bid. Scheduling was pretty straightforward and All Dry's cooperation with other vendors as needed was seamless. Very practical approach and excellent follow-up. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I can't recommend All Dry and Trevor enough. Even though I didn't end up needing to get work done after his inspection, I could feel his support and knew he'd be able to walk me through anything that needed to be done without hassle. Had water damage caused by angle breakage at neighbor's. Trevor from AllDry helped with inspection and resolution of mold. AllDry folks were very professional with all the work including mold remediation, cleanup and air quality inspection. Wow! I had a big issue with mold in several areas and I didn't know where to start so I kept putting it off. I finally worked up the guts to get in touch with All Dry.
