Trevor and his team are absolutely amazing! We have had two very unfortunate remediation needs- and Trevor and his team made the process so much less stressful for us. We had multiple companies come out for quotes/inspections, and Trevor was by far the most honest, reassuring, and knowledgable. Trevor genuinely cares about his customers and in a really tough time made things so much easier. Absolutely well deserved for the 5 stars review! Great job and highly recommended for Trevor and the All Dry Services team. We had the mold issue causing by the shower drain leaking upstairs and have an infant living in the house. I sent yelp requests for mold removal and got a quick response from Trevor and immediately scheduled a free checkup on a Sunday morning. Trevor Moniz, owner of All Dry, did a great job of cleaning out the water in our crawl space. We had been dealing with water there for over 3 months. it all started with a leaking water heater added to by water from a joint between the water lines from the washer and kitchen that pulled apart from the sewer line. We started with a company that tried drying it out with fans and a dehumidifier. The bill for that was $4000. I have not yet determined who we will use based on pending issues with another plumbing company, but Trevor and ALL Dry Services came to my home in the middle of a plumbing fiasco and offered common sense advice and a calming demeanor. I called Trevor because of water stains I had observed in a couple of baseboards in bathrooms in my recently acquired home. Trevor came out the same day and carefully assessed the situation and explained that these were not caused by plumbing leaks, but rather because the baseboards were made of fiberboard and thus very susceptible to absorbing spilled water from nearby leading to swelling and cosmetic damage. I was caught off guard last month when I started seeing huge water stains coming down my walls after my upstairs neighbors had a leaking air conditioning unit. This review is to speak to the integrity and expertise of Trevor and his company. We reached out because we had a leaky kitchen faucet that leaked into the downstairs neighbor. Just had a fantastic experience with All Dry Service. An outdoor pipe burst and flooded the crawl space; I was able to repair the pipe, but after a few days an odor arose from the crawl space door. I worried it might have standing water that could cause mold or damage the foundation. I called All Dry Services on Wednesday -- a holiday -- and received a call back in less than 10 minutes.
