Its a very long story After they did my roof Came hurricane Sandy I had $5000+ in water damage My roof was fairly new I complained and they came to inspect my roof a week before Roberts checked it i hired someone to inspect my roof I took pictures myself After Roberts inspection they ripped me apart in a scathing note saying i didn't maintain my roof Well 1 they didn't replace some flashing They just ran a bead of caulk on it Also my incline to flat roof was against code Apparently this is a known p... read more

Steve, Hurricane Sandy was in 2012, and you wait 5 years to post a review, That does not make any sense. I do remember you very well. First, I answered your complaints every time you called. On a scheduled visit, I arrived on time and you did not bother to show or call. From there i told you I was going to charge you for another site visit. I still have the pictures of your roof. My experience was similar to the first poster. I had a roof and deck that I wanted repaired before the winter storms arrived. This company's price was originally much better than another company, but when I called to verify, they had "forgotten" to include the second part of the work in their bid. Once that was completed, they pushed hard to get me to sign thier contract and to take out a loan through a financing company they worked with. This is a phony review, most likely by a former employee, who I had arrested for stalking. I am glad Yelp seen thru this nonesense
I had called them early on a friday morning after the heavy snows of the day before. We had developed an ice dam on our roof and the roof had a lot of snow on it that we were unable to reach. The person I spoke to quoted a fee of $550 and told me that his crew would be at our house at 9am the next morning, sat morning. I snowplowed, shoveled and got ready for his crew. They never arrived.
