When my outdoor shed needed a new roof I called Kevin Roberts, owner of Roberts Roofing. Mr. Roberts returned my call and arrived the same day to provide the estimate. Promptly on November 16, 2020 his crew arrived at 9:00am and immediately started the job. The crew members were industrious, fast in the old shingle removal and with teamwork installed new plywood base, sheathing and then methodically installed my new roof. Roberts did a wonderful job on my home. I have included a detailed and honest true review with photos below and yelp still says my review is fake or not recommended. The photos in plain sight do not lie. whats right is right and whats wrong is wrong and yelp is wrong and yelp is a fraudulent and blackmails businesses. This has to be long because that is awful they are! They think their clients are stupid. Here we go so on July 1st o signed a contract with them stating that I would pay them 10% upon signing ( I did) 30% upon materials and 60% upon completio and that my windows should arrive within 6 to 8 weeks of ordering. They came out measured and said Kevin owner would be out later that day to make sure one window wouldn't be an issue he did that. Thanks for your follow-up response. Yes, you did offer a site visit. But your company also offered the same when we had the first problem and it took 5 MONTHS to come out. Unfortunately, there was no trust and the tone of the responses we received from your company gave us no reassurance things would be different this time. We had asked Roberts Roofing to at least cover material costs for the repair since the wrong items were used during the initial installation causing the separation and subsequent leaks. I signed a contract on Dec 30 for a small roof repair. As of today it has not been compleed. I could understand if we expierenced a storm and it was not possible, but that is not the case. IF someone answers our call, we get transferred around. Just today I have been pushed back 2 times! This is not a reliable company. It takes more than a bunch of signs to be dependable.

I agree with the others. This is one of the most unprofessional companies that I have dealt with and I have several things thing in my home. I wanted a partial roof done in the front of my home and flat roof in the back. When the appointment was scheduled, the office staff said they would only be able to install one roof. Since the issue was with the front partial roof, I told them to do that and cancel the flat roof because this job was supposed to be done in one day, not at the convenience of the company. So, I wrote my review describing how my experience, like the first poster, was one of empty promises and delays and, eventually, my problems not being big enough (read not enough $$$) for Roberts Contracting to honor their contract and bother showing up. Had this company come to my house to give me a quote for roof, siding, gutters and windows. The guy Joe O'Jea arrived ahead of schedule and proceeded to do his measurements and assessment. Before he left he told me to give him a few days and he would email me a quote. Problems is almost three weeks later I have heard nothing from this company, no email as promised. Not a good first impression I will not be doing any business with this company.
