Horrible service. Internal communication does not exist here. They have about 4 departments and they do not follow up with you. They make excuses and blame it on the other department. Lack of remorse and unapologetically rude. They escalate the situation and then cut you off. Still haven't received my mold test paperwork. Pass on these drama clowns. Half-asked and two days late. After a month in a hotel there was no paper work provided, no plans and nothing done. Spent two nights with friends because we were kicked out of hotel. Pffft...
What can I say...nothing positive that's for sure. House flooded in October and was told by Purofirst that everything should be done and we would be back in way before Christmas. Terrible! Contractor came first time and did a mediocre job, nothing flush and didn't bother to fully paint. The second guy comes, still can't get the door flush I compromise and tell them to put screws in it, well still isn't flush, the repaint missed areas from before. The worst part is the supervisor tells me construction isn't perfect so they can't get it flush. I was given a window 10-12. They didnt show up by 12:10 so I called and told them I was going to head out since they hadnt showed up. Her response, which by the way came off rude was "well, thats why you have a window!" Yea! I do have a window. Youre past the time now. People have jobs and places they have to be at. AND if you knew you were behind why didnt you call me in advance to let me know?!?! Deff wont be doing business with them
Seriously the worst! Rude rude rude!! Don't bother calling the receptionist was extremely rude. I am hurting because I am worried about our home and to have this rude lady on the phone. SMH Ashe should never be allowed near the phones she was horrible in customer care!
I just got off the phone with the receptionist to ask about a quote. She was so rude and should not be answering phones, especially for a business. I didn't get her name, but it's sad people act that way.

We tried very diligently to come to a resolution in this matter with you, but failed. You left us no other choice but to proceed with small claims. However, it resulted in a judgment in our favor. Please know we try to exhaust all efforts to satisfy our customers and only go to this extreme when we are left no other options. We regret it came to this.
What can I say about this company, they started my master bath because of a small water leak from the shower 30 days ago (demo) then they come back today to finish the demo It's BEEN 30 DAYS ALREADY! So this is my frustration with this company something that should have taken 8 days max will probably go on for 45 days to finish, My bathroom it's a 6x6 area of demo, this is just a disappointment.
