Puro First was just excellent. We are very happy with the job they did. From the very beginning they addressed all of our concerns and issues. Jared was in charge of our reconstruction job and he was here regularly and makings sure every thing was done well. Cassandra did all our scheduling and she was great. The employees that were sent to us were very good, especially Matt, Rick and Tony. We hope we never have to go through this again but if we do, Puro First would the people we would want on the job.

The people were very friendly and professional. Matt and Manny were great onsite and the girls in the office were there helping every step of the way. They handled things very quickly. They were very helpful and worked with our schedule. I would highly recommend Purofirst. Can't thank them enough.

Last December I came home from spending Christmas with my parents to find my house flooded from the kitchen to the living room, and down our hallway. I threw down every towel and blanket I could find to soak up the water but there was obvious damage to all my furniture, flooring, and walls..I called my insurance and they asked them if I could use Purofirst since I had heard about them through a friend who's house flooded last summer. Tom and Bonnie at Purofirst are great. I appreciate the person touch to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I have a beautiful Deck now and they did it while I was on vacation. What more could you ask. Thank you.

Unprofessional and dishonest! beware of practices! greedy company, will hire people and not give raises or bonuses even tho they don't mention during hiring process that their office bonus balances are negative, so if you want a bonus you need to make it positive but its not mentioned during hiring they just promised you bonuses that never take place, raises that never happened. I have never experienced working with such an unprofessional and dishonest company in my life. They have zero accountability for their mistakes and will not make it right. It's sad because they have some good people within the company which is why Id even give them 1 star. Kem the project manager was incredible and so was Angel who worked for mitigation.
