Ara was very polite and honest. He could have taken advantage and stated my job was needed, but he didn't. No job was needed. I definitely would recommend Puro Clean.

Big shout out to Ara and his team of PuroClean of San Dimas for the amazing job. I had water damage in the bathroom on Christmas Eve, Ara was able to come on Christmas day for the initial consultation, he respects and understands the value of time in situations like this, and the frustration I am going through. He was professional, very responsive and always went above and beyond. He dealt with the insurance company on my behave which took a huge weight off my shoulder. 100% recommended!

Ara's team was terrific! Quick response and arrived on time. They dried my ceiling and wall after they were damaged by heavy rain, and they also treated the mold before it could spread. Our house is quite old, and we had different ceiling and wall textures in each of the five rooms, along with three different paint colors. Ara's team matched all the textures and fixed the ceilings to the point where it looked like nothing had ever happened. Thank you Ara!

This company is awesome. They came and out an accessed the mold and then removed it and repaired the section. They did an amazing job. Ara Martirosyan was so helpful and friendly. Even left extra paint I was able to touch up other areas of my Moms home. I highly recommend this company.

I was in process of mitigation for a crawlspace hot water leak. Due to the $14,000 price tag (for 2 of 3 phases only), I opened a claim with my insurance company (which is now closed). I felt unsettled with the photos and report I received from the mitigation company after phase one. It caused me to do hours of my own research. I put the project on pause. Highly recommend this company for all remediation needs. I had a kitchen sewer pipe that leaked all over the crawlspace. It was a super stressful situation, but Mr. Ara was extremely reassuring, punctual, and professional in all aspects. Plus, the estimate was by far the most fair and reasonable around the area. Thank you!

I had some water damage to the drywall in my master bathroom just outside my shower door. I called Puro Clean and Ara, the owner, answered - he was simply amazing! He was very responsive, sincere and punctual. He was able to come out the same day to look at the water damage and give me a quote and plan of action. He helped me navigate insurance options and immediately setup another appointment to get his crew out to demo the wall to get a better idea of the damage. I had an emergency mold issue at my house, and Ara M (General Manager) knew how important it was (as I was crying), and he immediately changed his team's schedule around to so they could arrive in 1 hour! They were able to spray the mold away and remedy the problem fast. On top of that, they let me borrow their Air Scrubber to clean the air for a few days in my house.
