We had a very serious flooding incident at our home while nobody was there. I called Ara because I bought a house and, as soon as I got the keys, discovered it smelled! Ara was friendly and informative. He ended up finding moisture in the ceiling using his thermal imaging device. His team dried out the insulation and cut and replaced the drywall. Process was about 7 days and his pricing is competitive. He was very communicative through the whole process, and shared great documentation of the various steps. Ara and his team were great and even went above and beyond after I had an additional small and unrelated issue after they had already completed their job. Pricing was very competitive and they're available to help at a moment's notice. My dog was a fan of the guys, too.

Ara and his entire team are incredible. Following a garage fire at our home in Laguna Beach, he was on the scene immediately and began the difficult task of clearing debris and restoring / remediating our home. To that end, Puro Clean was well organized and extremely effective. Ara exhibited complete ownership of our project---from start to finish---and became someone we could trust with our most valuable asset: our home. In short, IF you ever have an emergency the first call needs to be to Puro Clean (Glendora).

Our home needed remediation following extensive smoke and wind damages from the Eaton fires. If you've been affected by fire, smoke, flood and need remediation, look no further. PuroClean did an awesome job with the Remediation of our house after the Eaton Fire. Ara came out, assessed our damage and took it from there. PuroClean worked with Insurance to get a fair settlement. Haik was on-site nearly every day to make sure the work was being done right. The team went above and beyond to make sure things they were exceeding expectations. I would definitely recommend Ara, Haik and the team at PuroClean San Dimas.

Had floor and wall damage from air conditioner leak. They can and did a beautiful job drying the area, replacing some of the wood floor and wall damage. They reset the closet door to operate more smoothly. The changed the damaged base board and then repainted the entire wall even though the repair and damage were on the bottom. They were very clean and did not leave a mess. It was a pleasure to work with Ara Martirosyan
