I cannot say enough good things about Richard, Robert, and the team at PuroClean of Long Beach. They helped me through the entire mold-remediation process from beginning to end and gave me so much peace of mind during a time when I felt overwhelmed and honestly didn't know where to turn. Before contacting PuroClean, I received a much higher quote from another company and felt pressured to make an immediate decision. Richard's approach was completely different. He carefully assessed the problem, explained his findings, walke... read more

We had a very serious flooding incident at our home while nobody was there. We only discovered the damage after the water company notified us a day later, and by then the flooding had become extremely severe. The entire flooring of our house had to be replaced. I truly want to thank PuroClean and especially Andy and his team for their outstanding professionalism and support throughout this stressful situation. Their response was incredibly fast. The packing team was extremely careful and organized -- they packed everything p... read more

I called Ara because I bought a house and, as soon as I got the keys, discovered it smelled! Ara was friendly and informative. He ended up finding moisture in the ceiling using his thermal imaging device. His team dried out the insulation and cut and replaced the drywall. Process was about 7 days and his pricing is competitive. He was very communicative through the whole process, and shared great documentation of the various steps. Very clean work and the repair in the ceiling looks seamless. My only comment would be that th... read more

Ara and his team were great and even went above and beyond after I had an additional small and unrelated issue after they had already completed their job. Pricing was very competitive and they're available to help at a moment's notice. My dog was a fan of the guys, too.

Ara and his entire team are incredible. Following a garage fire at our home in Laguna Beach, he was on the scene immediately and began the difficult task of clearing debris and restoring / remediating our home. To that end, Puro Clean was well organized and extremely effective. Ara exhibited complete ownership of our project---from start to finish---and became someone we could trust with our most valuable asset: our home. In short, IF you ever have an emergency the first call needs to be to Puro Clean (Glendora).

Our home needed remediation following extensive smoke and wind damages from the Eaton fires. We were recommended Puro Clean, specifically Ara, from a couple friends and we are grateful that we decided to go with him. Ara made the whole process a breeze while dealing with our insurance. He frequently followed up and made sure we get coverage for everything that was needed to clean/sanitize and replace items to make our home how it was before the fires. His crew did an amazing job; our place felt new again. Their work gave us ... read more

If you've been affected by fire, smoke, flood and need remediation, look no further. PuroClean did an awesome job with the Remediation of our house after the Eaton Fire. Ara came out, assessed our damage and took it from there. PuroClean worked with Insurance to get a fair settlement. Haik was on-site nearly every day to make sure the work was being done right. The team went above and beyond to make sure things they were exceeding expectations. I would definitely recommend Ara, Haik and the team at PuroClean San Dimas.

We're incredibly grateful to PuroClean for their outstanding work in remediating the smoke damage in our home following the Eaton fires. We interviewed four different companies before starting our remediation. When I had our first phone call with the owner, Ara, demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for our situation. What Ara recommended to our home reasonable, made sense and something we could easily get on board with. He is reliable, trustworthy, and a great communicator--keeping us informed at every ... read more
