We have had some basement flooding issues and they came highly recommended by our Allstate agent, Michelle Colazzi. Scott Nuttall came out an helped us figured out the problems, easy ways to fix them, made sure there was no mold damage and didn't even charge us for coming out. The fixes he recommended worked perfect!
Our water heater developed a sudden leak and dumped a significant amount of water onto our basement floor. Scott Nuttall, the owner of the local franchise was not only responsive and prompt, but he lead the clean-up personally and came out each of the next two days to check on the progress of the job. I would definitely recommend Scott and his team and will use them again if the need arises!
never sent an invoice and instead sent straight to collections, terrible communication, would go days without hearing for techs about the status. I had to call and email multiple times to get info from them. avoid the headache
Scott was the most unprofessional person I have dealt with. His team gave a verbal quote and when I received the bill it was twice the amount quoted. After no returned calls from Scott I sent him an email to ask him to justify the price. He had no facts to back up his 300% labor mark-up and said for every visit, even if 15 minutes is a 2 hour call out charge. Also told there was a written quote but I never received one. The monitoring charge you are talking about accounts for drive time as well as time checking on the moisture levels in your home. Your insurer has placed rules as to how those charges can be billed, and we followed their guidelines. Initially, Scott and his team were extremely helpful in coming into my condo and assessing what needed to be done to mitigate the smoke damage from my prior tenants. I was told I would receive an estimate for all carpeting to be removed, and an air purifying system to be run in my condo for three days to mitigate the odor. I was told there was obviously smoking in the condo, and Scott told me "I hope you get him" when referring to my tenant. I used PuroClean to handle water damage in one of my rental properties due to my hot water heater leaking onto the basement carpet. I would feel remiss if I didn't mention a few things that resulted in my overall disappointment in Puroclean as a Denver restoration service: a.
