We decided to remodel a bathroom by making the tub into a walk in shower. We had Jake visit our fire/smoke damaged house after an incident. Jake was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and walked through the whole home with us. In the end we didn't go with PuroClean, but it had nothing to do with the initial estimate, knowledge they had, etc. We'd recommend them if you have fire and smoke damage. We appreciated they were local as well.

I had a nasty leak in my condo from my above neighbors. There was water throughout my kitchen. I called PuroClean and they were there within 30 minutes to start the drying process and save my dry wall and floors from further damage. I really appreciate Jake, whom was a professional and knowledgable from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is dealing with a home disaster.

We had a flooded crawlspace and widespread mold in our rental unit. Aaagh! I contacted Scott at PuroClean, who instantly put me at ease. He explained the process to get my rental unit back to livable status and then he and Jake got right to it. Jake was very knowledgeable and went to extremely unpleasant measures to eradicate the mold. I am so very grateful for the immediate response, the attention and the follow through to fix this issue, and the speedy resolution to get my unit rentable. Thank you!!

We had a flood months ago! We woke up to water all throughout our main floor and basement. Allstate recommended Puroclean and contacted them directly for us. In no time at all Scott's team was here carrying out loads of our personal belongings. They worked with us for days to dry up the house. They organized a service to come pick up our furniture and have it stored while the house was in repairs. They are even helping coordinate the return and move in of the furniture months later. Scott and his son came out today to evaluate my water damage. They were beyond amazing. First, totally were ok and sweet to my dogs but, most important, they did the full scope of damage and told me the things I could do myself and to call them again in a few days to see if my efforts cured it all.
