WOW - What an experience. New Building Smell. Pam was AWESOME helping me with the process. I had front and back end work done from an accident. The service was excellent. Did not have to deal with any insurance company mess and the work was done very quickly. I do hope I don't have to go back there but if I had to Mundy's would be the place to go. I was involved in an incident on October 26, 2024. After a few attempts to use a preferred partner shop of Auto Owners, I was forced to select a shop of my own. I chose Mundy's Collision in Lawrenceville, GA. The initial "parking lot estimate" was done by their employee, Pam. This estimate was for replacement of the driver's quarter panel for $7,200. First off I would like to say that Dustin Davis the general manager at Mundys should not handle any calls, customer service, or talk to people at all, my insurance agent and I called earlier to ask about the status of the claim and simply find out what is going on. Mind you we are both women Dustin was very RUDE and at one point told my insurance agent that she needed to educate herself, he also went on to tell us to calm down and simply be quiet and NOT speak while he is speaking, all of this just for asking about the stat... read more

just like Mike. W said, it's doesn't matter if the car just need a headlight, they gonna work everything in your car except what actually needs work, they don't call for authorization or anything. they just trying to get as much money from you as possible. Pam and company are gonna lie to your face by saying that the insurance is gonna cover.

To my knowledge, this shop isn't approved by any major insurance company. This means the insurance company won't accept responsibility for excessive or unnecessary charges. If you use this shop, you're on your own, and there are two important things you need to know. First, you will be required to sign a service agreement saying you're responsible for expenses not paid by the insurance company, and second, they DO NOT get their work pre-approved by the insurance company. if i could rate this collision 0 stars i would, it's actually hilarious the way they run their business. their only concern is money they have zero sympathy and hold no value for their customers. it took them almost 5 months to fix my car and the only thing that was wrong with it was rear suspension, and at that they didn't even fix it they took multiple checks from insurance that were not needed and ended up sending the car to the original dealership to get it fixed. this business is a horrific comedy. also i still ended ge... read more
