Throughout the entire process of repair I was kept informed about status and progress. Easy drop off and pickup. The staff was helpful for all my needs. Dropped my wife's vehicle off as I picked my vehicle up. Couldn't ask for anything more. Will continue to use as my service provider. Have used Mundys for various projects.
I highly recommend this body shop for all your repair needs! My Lexus ES 350 recently got broken into and Michael & team handled my repairs smoothly & thoroughly. My car looks like brand new!
MAN , shoutout to the beautiful ladies up front who were warm welcoming when I came in. Played a little joke on me to lighten up the mood. And one of your younger gentlemen, came out and pulled the dent right out with a little tool ( shopping cart hit my side fender and dented it...passenger side door WOULDNT OPEN ) and did FREE of charge even though I was offering him something for doing it. My 2020 Volvo was rear-ended & sustained quite a bit of damage. Mundy's was recommended by Volvo Mall of GA. Admittedly, I am picky about my vehicle. I am delighted to say that Mundy's repair work was outstanding! There is no visual indicator that my car was ever involved in an accident. Not only was the repair work first rate, the staff at Mundy's is first class....definitely deserves Five Stars!!
If you want to be treated like family check Mundy's! I dropped my car off today and the help I received was above and beyond. Renting a car was not working out as planned and they helped me figure it out. I'm impressed on my first day. Looking forward to my Volvo xc90 being repaired here! My 2013 Ford Explorer Ltd was leaking water into the interior from the roof. My glasses holder and 3rd row seats were soaking wet every time it rained. I had had it into the Ford dealership several times and they were telling me about having to take the whole roof rack system apart, put it back on, repaint, etc. I felt like I needed a second opinion. Had a bumper accident, had to go thru insurance. Jason, Pam, and Layla were so nice to me. I have had work done before for small minor dents, and always fair price, and great work. This time I needed a whole new front bumper, and the price was very reasonable. I was treated again very nicely. I cannot recommend this family owned business enough. Jason and his lovely wife Pam opened the business a few years ago to provide the level of service you'd expect. He grew in this town and wanted to give back and it shows. They worked with me to get the price in my budget (no insurance), communicated the entire time while repair was in process, then were helpful when I needed advice later on with another issue. We were told by our insurance company that if we used one of their authorized repair companies that they we wouldn't need an adjuster. After doing our research, I am so glad we didn't go with the insurance recommended centers. First, the level of interest in the customer needs is evident from the first contact.
