We had two separate plumbing leaks that caused water damage to our hard wood floors and walls. Landmark came out quickly to fix the problem and start the water mitigation process. They were very professional, did a great job, and cleaned up every day after their work for that day was completed. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend them!

They do great work with excellent staff. Very customer focused and polite. I had a broken leg during the time I used Landmark's services. I was very impressed by the caring attitude of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were meet but they did the extra things that really showed their character. They would make sure my wheelchairs and walkers were accessible and offered to do little things like bring in the mail or packages. I am 100% pleased with their service and quality. I highly recommend.

i called Landmark Emergency Services on a Saturday morning, after we had a pipe leak that saturated the carpet, drywall, and insulation. They came out that morning and got to work. I was very impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. Will use them in the future.

Rusty Bramlett was my contact for work that I hired him to complete. He was fantastic to work with and I can highly recommend this company. They did everything in a professional manner and handled our project with great results. It is so nice to find a company who has wonderful employees who go above and beyond your expectations! Their prices were very competitive & they will get the job done! Even their office staff was super to work with.

This company is TERRIBLE! Our insurance used him to start work on our house and they only got as far as putting a tarp on our roof and then dropped us. Mitch lied and said we called their emergency number 20 times in a weekend, which we did not and I have call logs to prove it, I called 1 tim to get Mitch's number and then called Mitch 1 time. This company takes the phrase "cutting corners" to new, literal levels. If you get nothing else from my review, get this: use anyone but Landmark. This company dragged my relatively small project on for months. The employees are nice enough, but are unbelievably slow and inept. More than once, I had to call the main office to "tattle" on Ben, the project manager, who had gone totally AWOL and would not communicate despite my house being in complete disarray thanks to his project management.
