Several power outlets in our rental property were not working, and Landmark Constructions was contracted to repair them. They addressed the issue in a timely manner, answered all of my questions, explained what caused the problem, and corrected it immediately. Their service was very friendly and professional.

Our family required Landmark's service for water damage which affected hallway carpet, hardwood floors, drywall, and painting. From start to finish, the Landmark team were consummate professionals. They coordinated services very efficiently, kept me updated on progress and developments, and the quality of their work was top notch. I would not hesitate to use Landmark again in the future! Excellent overall customer experience!

So we had a water leak inside my kitchen wall when I came home from work. Plenty of water ended up underneath the flooring, under some cabinets and soaked into the drywall. Landmark came out surprisingly quick after a call to State Farm and got to work finding my leak and drying my house out. Everybody was fast and professional and I can't be more appreciative. Thanks again guys!

"I love Landmark Construction & Emergency Services because..." they swept in and took the reins on a horrible leak in my condo while I was thousands of miles away! From beginning to end, the team was expert, professional & courteous. I'm forever grateful, and lucky to have found them.

This is a follow-up from a previous review. Since then Lewis has came back out to fix my storm door and took a look at the other damages to be repaired. His attitude was much better than before. I guess sometimes people go through things that we have no idea. We all have bad days, So I'm giving him a better review today til the work is finished, then I'll come back with my final review. Stay tuned.

We had two separate plumbing leaks that caused water damage to our hard wood floors and walls. Landmark came out quickly to fix the problem and start the water mitigation process. They were very professional, did a great job, and cleaned up every day after their work for that day was completed. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend them!
