Great service from beginning to end. Customer service is very responsive, efficient and friendly. Our technician is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a clear and concise manner, which we love. We have not had any pest issues since EcoArmor has been here and we highly recommend them. I looked into Pest Control after building a home in an up and coming area. Jordan came out to service my home and was very nice, knowledgeable, and proactive. He not only treated the outside as asked, but even went into my garage and did things he didnt have to do to help get rid of the pests. I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them in the future.

This is the absolute best personalized pest control service ever! Jordan takes care of every concern we have regarding bugs inside and outside our home. I am new to the area so I did not know who to call for a Wasp problem occuring at my residence. I am so glad I looked on Yelp and found EcoArmor!! Jordan was on time and professional and explained thoroughly the treatment that was needed. If I have any pest issues in the future I will definitely be calling EcoArmor!

Exceptional commitment to customer service. Jordan Hopewell of EcoArmor Pest Defense was extraordinarily conscientious in tracking down the entry points of an ant infestation within our walls that creeped into our kitchen. A previous pest control company was useless in addressing the problem. But Jordan knew just what to do and will return in 30 days to attack any additional ants emerging into adulthood from the nest. Totally trust Jordan and EcoArmor.

Jordan did a phenomenal job. I called him in a panic with a multitude of issues that suddenly popped up from pantry invaders to rodent holes. He was there a day later and was intent on addressing all issues. He was prompt, thorough, caring, empathetic, and did his job with the utmost honesty and integrity. Man, this pest control company is as good as it gets. They were punctual and very knowledgeable about the different things that plague homes- especially in the winter time. If you are looking for the best, this is the way to go. Do yourself a favor and save some time don't call Ghostbusters call EcoArmor Pest Defense!!!!!

I find it impossible that those are true ratings from customers.....I had them service my new home for 6 months. I continued to try and give this company every opportunity to act professional, show up on time and actually do what they were hired to do. They have never been less than an hour late to my property and they serviced it approximately every month. Does not do as contracted. Bad technicians. Charges for service but does not complete service and technician said he was told to not complete full service by boss.
