Technician (Travis) was very polite, on-time and super helpful in answering questions during his two visits (exterior treatment was moved to a date when rain was not expected - which was also appreciated). The owner, Jordan H., also helped to answer questions and was responsive to my inquiries regarding their services. Great service from beginning to end. Customer service is very responsive, efficient and friendly. Our technician is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a clear and concise manner, which we love. We have not had any pest issues since EcoArmor has been here and we highly recommend them.
