Really poor communication. Said I was still deciding. They showed up anyways while I was at work, charged an exorbitant amount for labor and acted like they called to check in even though I can clearly see they never called to follow up and never said they were on the way. Just hopped on the roof when I was at work, did the job, and then sent the bill lol. That's about as poor communication as you can get.

Time management and communication needs major improvement. I have tried doing business with this company since July. We had a date set to get my skylights replaced, August 25, no one showed up, it took 3 calls before I got to speak to someone and I haven't heard from them since. It's just rude and they've completely wasted my time. I understand things come up and people are busy but a simple 5 minute call to explain the situation or to simply tell me they don't have time to help me.

I had scheduled a chimney cap replacement. I had no one call to confirm the appointment so I waited at home for them to show up. No one ever showed up so I was late for work for nothing. I then had to call five times throughout the day to try to get a response on why they didn't show. All I kept hearing was Caitlin would have to call you back as she did the scheduling. Thank you Joe for responding to my review. It's funny that you stated that you didn't do the work. Your right you didn't do the work......so why are you suing me for $1,000? Because we decided to go with another company that could complete the job within a week compared to the 3 months we had to wait for Atlantic Craftsman Co. to do the job! Got a referral from a friend. The owner came by after hours and was very nice, said he would send me the estimate that night. Never heard from him. Got a call a few days later from the office asking if anyone had come over yet, I told them the owner had but had never received the estimate. They said they would contact him and get it to me that day. I've called at least four times for the estimate but have given up. The last time I called they said the owner was out of the country and they'd try to get the estimate from him. ... read more

Roofing team was spot on!!!GREAT! Customer service was BEYOND TERRIBLE. Siding and trim team i would NEVER let back in my yard- DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY- NOT WORTH THE PISPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The roofing team was great. They laid out tarps and picked up almost every nail and scrap that they could. I only found two nails in my entire yard. The work they do is great, but the communication stinks. After my roof was repaired and my money was deposited I got the impression they no longer wanted my business. I called on a Monday, I was told "blank" would call me back. Thursday came and I called, finally spoke with "blank" and he said someone would call me Wednesday. This company came recommended to me by a friend so my husband gave them a call. They said they'd call back and set up a time for quote on our roof. Several days passed and no phone call, so I then gave them a call. The person I spoke to told me that he'd be calling me back later that day or definitely by the next day. A week has passed and I still haven't been called. I guess they have so much business that they don't need mine? Good for them!

It is unfortunate that I have to post a negative review about this business because all of this could have been EASILY avoided if they would have honored their 5 year warranty back when we hired this company in 2013 to repair our bump out copper roof in our formal dinning room.
