Good work but....I wish those workers didn't leave me so many cigarette butts to clean up in my yard. Left me a nice collection of loose nails in the yard as well. Keep finding them with my lawn mower. Lovely.

Awesome job! Left for work at 7am, came home at 5 to a brand new roof. Quick and easy! Estimate was spot on, no extra charges. Workers were friendly and the clean up is immaculate. Definitely hire these guys!

I used them for my rental house in Greenbrier and they were very pleasant on the phone and they guy who came out to quote the roof was excellent. he helped me with a quick patch because it as about to pour then they gave me the quote and it was the most competitive plus was a very high quality shingle. someone in the office also send me a picture of what my house would look like with each shingle color so I could decide which one to use. I would defiantly recommend for anyone needing a new roof or siding!

I had multiple estimates on our new roof, which was installed on May 9, 2014. Another company, beginning with "Rey" and ending with "olds Exteriors" wasted 3+ hours of my day off with my family (reviewing their ridiculous 5 inch binder of commendation letters and samples of business licenses) with their high pressure spiel about how awesome and qualified their company is and how no one else measures up, as they badmouthed several of their competitors. This experience turned into an absolute nightmare. They carelessly nailed through my air conditioning line REPEATEDLY (see photo). This mistake caused major damage and left me without AC -- not only an inconvenience but a massive, unexpected expense to repair. When the problem was diagnosed, I contacted Atlantic Craftsman to see if they would help cover a portion of the cost. Good things included positive reviews, good BBB ratings, local company and uses quality materials. Things I was not happy with: I asked the foreman at least 3 times to remove the hideous satellite dishes that were on our roof and there is still one up there. I even had a guy come by after the job was done to check it and I told him about the dish and he said he'd remove it but he never did. I have used Atlantic craftsman in the past and had great success with them. so far I have not had any problems with this roof repair and it looks great. I can't do a 5 star because communication with this contractor is extremely poor. I did absolutely all the contacting in this transaction with the exception of Mike who called me to set up a quote. Horrible communication and poor business practices by the office manager. She doesn't listen or is not engaged with assessments. Her justification why her team were late was "call outs" as if it were my problem and I'm interfering with her business. No, agreed time was set and she failed to contact me to let me know that her failed planning has affected the accepted business meeting.
