HVAC system went out during this week's extreme heat. When my current provider couldn't schedule me in for 2 weeks, Wingate had a service tech scheduled next day for an evaluation! The service tech arrived early inside my time window, was very thorough and professional explaining everything that was going on with the issue it was having. I had a great experience with Wingate from start to finish. The entire process was seamless. I requested a 2nd estimate online and within minutes I received a call about my inquiry. Chris arrived within the hour of the request to begin the process. Chris explained everything needed and provided the available options. Jacob and Chris came out to inspect our AC system, and replace our water heater. They arrived on time, quickly evaluated our situation, and got to work installing a new tankless system almost immediately. Chris explained our options thoroughly. Jacob did an excellent job installing the water heater, and reconfigured the piping. He was kind enough to explain each part of the process along the way. This is my first time using Wingate. Our AC stopped blowing cool air. Scheduling an appointment was super easy. The technican was on time and very friendly. He let me know what was going on throughout the process, didn't push to upsell anything, and was super friendly to my 6 year old daughter who doesn't know a stranger. The work was done fast and the AC works better than it ever has! Will definitely be using them again next time we have any household need that they service!

Chris was very helpful and responsive, and we were able to get an appointment quickly when our AC stopped blowing cold air. Jacob came out, quickly identified the issue, and fixed it efficiently. He took the time to explain everything and he checked and made sure the system was working properly throughout the house. He also pointed out potential future concerns, which we really appreciated. Both Chris and Jacob were knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our time. Great service — you can tell they truly care!
