I have used Wingate for hvac, plumbing & now roofing. Lisa in the office is always very pleasant when I call. James was friendly, professional & thorough in his evaluation of my roof leak. I had it repaired only 7 mo before by a local very well known roofing company that I found only guaranteed it for 90 days when I called back. James found the real problem quickly & came back out when the insurance adjuster arrived to advocate for my home. All their services are spot on & done well.

I first used Wingate to help us with our cooling system installed by another company. They were knowledgeable and the service was quick. We saw they also did roofing so we asked for an estimate. Aaron did the estimate that week and thought we might be able to get insurance to cover our very old roof. Aaron worked with our insurance company and to my surprise, we were able to get most of the work covered. After calling upon other well known HVAC businesses to repair my in-laws a/c unit on a hot day. No one would even come out until the following day. I then called Wingate as a recommendation from someone else. They answered and said they would have someone out within an hour. This was late afternoon and did advise the labor rate would be more. We had a water line leak outside and decided to use Wingate again. The job turned into a nightmare of issues, all completely beyond Wingate's control. Crazy (really) original installation, incorrect utility marking lines, far too close electrical line placement - you name it. Throughout it all Jason and eventually Chris stayed positive and flexible. This is the second time I have used them and will continue to do so for plumbing, HVAC, etc. Great company.

We had our furnace and ac replaced recently and we can't recommend this company more. They were friendly, courteous and helpful. Definitely would work with them again. They took the time to discuss our options, talk us through the right decision, and after installing insured that they left without any unanswered questions.

They were prompt, courteous, thorough and professional! When contacting any service company, I'm always nervous about the quality of care I'll receive. Thankfully, Wingate Mechanical exceeded my expectations and I was completely satisfied with their help! Do yourself a favor and CALL THEM!

Wow, what a great company! The staff is so friendly, from the girl that takes the phone calls to the service technician! Technician came when he was expected, was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood our options. Will definitely use them again!

These guys, or their technicians anyway, started out AMAZING!!!! Since then complete 180 and ripped off and ignored. I had them install and new HVAC system. It's gone out once a year (3 times now) since install. So far about 1k out of pocket for labor repairs for a "loose wire" .... The last time the tech did the wire repair, and charged 600 without authorizing the repair first, it's already fixed, here's the bill..... They charged me 9.99 for some sort of insurance for a one time job, several months after the job, and did not tell me. No idea what sort of insurance this is and if they will keep charging me this 9.99 at their leisure. I am 63 years old and was not told of this. I called them to have this taken off and she said she would but she never did. Beware of being charged this without your knowledge. This is the only way I can respond to your commen.
