I had a nightmare to deal with as my apartment was flooded at 11:30 pm Jan. 2 from a water pipe breaking 3 floors above me. PuroClean arrived within 30 minutes and stayed all night to assist with cleanup of the water and to install fans and a dehumidifier to dry out my apartment. A+ service, A+ company! I had a water leak in my bathroom that caused a moderate amount of damage. Puro Clean (St Augustine) sent JUSTIN & TREVOR out and they did a FANTASTIC JOB! They were professional, courteous, & efficient! They also took their time to be sure to explain every step of the process for the work that was required. James and Anthony came to my house today to do a grout restoration. I could not be happier with the job that they have performed. They are professional and mannerly and very well informed about their product and services. I am very impressed with this company and these gentlemen in particular. Nate and Jason truly made this nightmare of an issue both a breeze and a pleasure through their tireless efforts to rid my home of mold and water damage. These guys really took their time to explain away all of my concerns with whatever I could think of over our two days together. My wife and I were on our way to Costco the other day and ran out of gas about 2 miles from the gas station along the side of highway 95. After walking about a mile a white truck with "PuroClean" decals pulled off the side of the road and offered to take us to the gas station. Had a great experience with PuroClean. The secretary was very nice and informative. They were able to get two technicians out within an hour of the call. The technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, and did an immaculate job. Would definitely hire again!

We Beat Back Hurricane Matthew! PuroClean Saint Augustine just completed the mitigation of 137 King Street, Saint Augustine. 3700 square feet of lower level commercial property in 2 days with 15 crew members.
