I've hired Phil and his guys twice now for water damage restoration. They do a great job, are super nice and very reasonably priced which was so helpful since I wasn't going through insurance. They are very knowledgable about how to prevent and make sure you don't get another leak and go above and beyond to make you happy.

Phil and his team did an amazing job on my project. We had contracted him to do our entire home exterior and he did not disappoint. He was extremely thorough, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. He patiently waited for me to get approval on the color from our association, got the exact coat and color, fixed all cracks, and completed in a timely manner. I would definitely suggest him to anyone who needs a paint service. Great job.

Excellent service from Phil. I got 5 quotes to get 3 rugs cleaned in my house. Phil was the first to respond in less than an hour, and gave me a great price. Half of many of the other quotes. The equipments they have was impressive. I've never seen steam like that. With in 20 minutes he had cleaned all the rugs. At first I was worried it was so quick , we have 2 puppies and the rugs were smelly. But they rugs are perfect . 0 pet smell and they look new. It's a rare thing to find amazing service in Florida. You get MORE than your money's worth with this company. Not only was the service prompt, and came through on such short notice which was HUGE for me after a recent move, but the courtesy, friendliness, and communication from them was excellent, and I appreciated that tremendously and will be sure to use them again in the future.

Very prompt and courteous. My house looks better than when it was new. The house was pressure washed, sealed, primed, and painted perfectly! I highly recommend and will hire them to do the interior of my house this fall.

If you want an excellent painter call Philip and Susana. They painted my neighbors house and I was impressed with their attention to details. I made one call and had my estimate and following day they were painting my kitchen, front door. Over many years, I had painters BUT this is the best team I have ever hired. I had my driveway, sidewalk, pool deck, pool screen pressure washed, and also had my roof and house cleaned. The different is incredible. Even my neighbors have said how nice it all looks and what a great job Phil and Bill did. I was worried since I had loose screens that it would destroy them, but they use just the right amount of water and cleaner and NO damage was done anywhere.
