Company is a total joke. Stay far aways. Little over three years had them put roofing on. Now lifting because of improper installation. Had there drywall guy do some work on ceiling where there was a leak. Cracking and paint coming off in less than a year. Don't bother trying to talk to them you will get no replies.

Absolutely the worst contractor experience I've ever experienced. From start to finish this company has been a unimaginable nightmare. There is/was literally no contact throughout the process. The very bad work was done by 15 non-english speaking people. There was a kid on my roof who couldn't have been 12 years old. The complete disrespect for my property was disgusting. This post has nothing to do with the quality of work performed by next gen it has to do with the customer service of next-gen. I emailed the company almost two weeks ago for a quote and have yet to hear back from the company at the same time my wife called and left a message and left a Facebook message for the same request and still have not received any contact. If this is how the company works I'm not sure I want to trust their ability to complete the project properly.
