We had carpets and sofas cleaned by JC Steemers. Ruben arrived promptly as scheduled. He was both courteous and professional. We have had our carpets cleaned by others in the area, but the carpets and the sofas never looked, smelled, or felt as good as after Ruben with JC did them! He even got out a long-term stain that others had told us was not possible. We will not hesitate to call JC Steemers the next time we need any carpet or upholstered furniture cleaned. Had one of my bedroom carpets cleaned this morning by Ruben and Oscar. They did a great job. The carpet was really dirty and they got it cleaned. 5 stars!
I had JC Steemers out to clean my carpet and all I can say is, WOW!! They did a fabulous job! The carpet was especially dirty on the stairs, and the upstairs hallway, which are high traffic areas. I can't believe the difference. The carpet looks brand new. In the past, I've always used Stanley Steemers. But the last few times, I wasn't happy with the outcome. Julio did a fantastic job with my mom's area rugs. They looked like new, plus my mom was treated with kindness and respect. So often businesses take advantage of senior citizens. JC carpet has been cleaning my carpet for over 10 years. They do an excellent job every time. I have 4 dogs and they leave my carpet looking very clean. They are very punctual with their appointments and very trustworthy. Whenever I need them to to come clean my carpet, whether it's for my regular carpet cleaning or if I need them to come last minute, they are readily available. I highly recommend them!
