Service was prompt, professional and friendly. Not only was our problem easily fixed, but it was done so in a courteous and efficient manner. I will use First Call in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
Here's the deal: Woke up to a leaking water heater-called First Call Plumbing at 730 am-they had someone at my house by 930. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I will always call them first. The name serves a purpose!
I had the unfortunate experience to come home and discover that the main water line sprung a leak to our house. We called 'First Call Plumbing' and they had someone out to our house in 30 minutes. Nick accessed our problem quickly and professionally. He explained what he was going to do ahead of time and his work was exceptional and clean. Awesome service! Needed a quick toilet repair. I called at 5pm the night before, Jordan shows up at 8am! Jordan was fast, knowledgeable and extremely polite. I am very pleased with the efficiency of this business. I would recommend them highly!
Very professional and courteous. I had a leaking water heater and Needed it replaced. The whole job only took a couple hours and the work was very thorough and clean. Will definitely use these guys again!
We had an emergency tonight and its Sunday, none the less, its still a drainage emergency that needs to be resolved immediately. Its annoying when you call and they person that answers, says tomorrow. Please change the advertisement if your not going to comply to the same day services. I was able to get help somewhere else.
It was "third call" to properly fix the leak in my garage. Meanwhile the ceiling was damaged at attic entrance when employee stepped on edge of drywall. Three visits before this bloody leak was finally repaired w/PVC. Costly and now ugly!
Of the reviews everyone stated quick prompt service. For my first call to a plumber to be told I'd have to wait for 2 days while my toilet is backing into my tub and now kitchen sinks. Really? That's not what the reviews indicated. Looking elsewhere
