Our basement was flooded by water from a backed-up sewer line during a big rainstorm. Within a few hours the crew sent by the Restorators was on the job. The four man crew quickly removed the panelling from the walls in the flooded area and placed fans to dry up the water. By day two the affected areas were dry. Their quick, efficient action preserved the framing and minimized the damage. I would recommend this company, with confidence, to anyone experiencing a basement flood.

I recently noticed water damage under the bathtub in the main floor. I contacted Wet Out Restoration of Melbourne and the tech was super friendly and professional. Based on the picture that I sent, he said what the probable issue is, how to fix it and provided ball park estimate. He described steps that he is going to take to fix the issue.
