While on vacation out of the country, the AC technician who was installing a new coil pulled the sprinkler in error. WetOut Restoration was called by the AC company and I want to thank Kevin Stanley for his outstanding customer service. Fantastic service! They were out right away and did a great job. They took moisture readings and walked me through the process from start to finish of my dry out equipment and made me feel at ease that there is no lingering water damage. Charles and Kevin and the whole team were very professional and knowledgeable.
Kevin Stanley was very efficient and responsible in cleaning and drying out my home, as I had a problem with a toilet hose that burst and flooded the entire house.
