After interviewing several roofers to repair my roof in Emerald Bay, I was very impressed with Kris and Richard's professionalism, honesty, sincerity and concern in dealing with my complex roofing situation. They handled the situation with expediency including finding tiles from a plant in Texas to match my existing tiles which were no longer available form any local manufacturers. Ive had more experience with restoration companies than I care to admit! Truvorne and especially Shawn Jensen exceeded my expectations in customer service, communication and care. I managed the mitigation from out of town. Truvorne was prompt, thorough, reasonable and provided comprehensive updates with photos at every step. Afterward our home passed an air quality test with flying colors. In a trying time, I felt Shawn shared my goal and gave everyone involved reassurance by his professionalism. 5 stars, recommended!
