Pete came over to perform an estimate the day after I called. He took measurements and photos of the whole roof with his drone. The next day, he came back with a professional, spriral-bound booklet containing three proposals: a standard shingle roof, premium shingle roof package, and also a metal roof. We had water damage and called Truvorne, and I’m honestly so grateful we did. Shawn responded within the same hour, walked us through exactly what to do, and because of his quick advice we were able to limit the damage before it turned into something much worse. He sent his crew out immediately, and within one day the space was actively drying and under control.
