As a single parent household, I am always wary of contractors. I had storm damage to my roof and hadn’t had time to “deal” with it. My Mom had been in Hospice and passed away in January. Not long after this I had a knock on my door and there stood Ethan Turay. I felt like my mom had sent me just who I needed to help me “deal”. He has made me feel comfortable during the whole process. They were great to work with! Jay answered all my questions and made sure to keep me informed during all steps of the repair process. They did a great job on my sidings and roof.
Tyler Turner made a very thorough roof inspection detecting problems not obvious to me. He worked seamlessly with my insurance company to cover every aspect of the job. All work was completed efficiently by workers covering plants with protective tarps. Cleanup after the job was excellent with no trash or nails left on the lawn. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the project and give the company the highest recommendation.
AWESOME! Ethan of Tristar did a very good job. Dealling with AAA insurances policies and scheduling for inspection with Adam F was very fast and smooth. Thank you Adam for your very quick response and fair judgment. The roof worker work hard and fast. All done despite few days of delay due to rainny days. Totally understandable and she's happy. Tri Star did an excellent job taking care of us after we received hail damage in Owensboro KY. The owners, Eric and Aaron, made sure every detail was smooth and accurate.
