Transcend roofing and their sales/support team is exceptional. Chandler and Logan were with us all of the way through the insurance process through build. I really can’t say enough about the job that Chandler, Logan and all the rest of the folks at Transcend Roofing have done. They were doing work in the neighborhood and asked if I would like an inspection. I agreed and when I saw the pictures of the damage we discussed whether it was enough that State Farm would approve it. They assured me that it met and exceeded the criteria for approval. Chandler was professional, patient, and focused on helping me understand my options rather than pushing a sale. They were also excellent in guiding me through the insurance process.
