Five stars! When an ice dam flooded our first-floor kitchen, finished game room, basement, and even threatened our second-floor bedroom and bathroom--The Restoration Team stepped in! They expertly handled water mitigation, drying everything in place--no demolition needed! They saved all the floors, cabinets, and rooms. If you have water damage call them.

We had a pipe leak that damaged some of our walls and flooring. The Restoration Team quickly came through and dried our house out. They were professional and always responded when we needed to ask questions. Would recommend them to anyone!

My house fell victim to the crazy storm and frigid temperatures during the holidays of December 2022. Over 9,000 gallons poured into my finished basement. TRT came in and were great to work with. Tyler and the team were super efficient and clean with the work. More importantly, they were extremely thorough with recording and documenting the work that needed to be submitted to insurance. You'll thank them for that later when going back and forth with insurance :)

I hired this company for attic mold remediation and related repairs. The written agreement clearly stated that half the payment was due upfront (which I paid), and the remainder was due upon completion. There was no clause or discussion requiring additional payment before the project was finished. The company completed only part of the work and then left the rest--specifically insulation and drywall--unfinished. This left my attic without insulation during the coldest part of winter.
