I had an outstanding experience with The Hot Water People! They came out to fix my stand-up shower, and I couldn't have ask for better service. They were prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The shower is working perfectly now, and they even took time to explain what went wrong and how they fixed it. Our restaurant’s water heater completely broke down, luckily at the end of the day, but leaving us without hot water for cleaning dishes and cooking. Customer service is amazing. I spoke with them on the phone and was able to have a great conversation about toilet repair and replacement. This helped me figure out the solution that I needed to fix the flow valve problem.
