The best customer service I ever had. The garage door guys were prompt dependable, honest and on top of their game. I would definitely use them again without a doubt.
Home Depot sends the Garage door Guys, They use after mkt, Parts take any extra parts , sell them parts supply, are not honesty people.. Home depot should remove these people.
Left message for someone to call regarding new garage doors. Never got a return call Previously called about a door repair. The tech only wanted to sell me a new one, Repair made the door worse. That was a year ago. Not sure why I even tried again.

Stay away from the Garage Door Guys! Horrible/non existent Customer Service. It was nothing but a nightmare dealing with the owner and the staff who were very argumentative. The overpriced door was delivered a month and 1/2 late. They took my deposit and delivered a totally different door, which looks a lot cheaper than the one provided as a mock-up.

This is completely UNTRUE! We met with you at your home on several occasions for free, to insure you were 100% certain on the style door you wanted. After we did a computer generated picture of the door on your home to make sure it was exactly what you wanted (we matched a picture you showed us) and then gave you manufacture brochure you agreed and gave us the deposit. When our installer put your door in you complained that it should have frosted windows (not in your picture or on the estimate) that were never discussed.... read more
Bad job this company did at my home. 1st I waited 2 months for service after they canceled my installation appointment 3 times plus the door was installed incorrectly, why are birds getting in my garage from a seem left on the side of the door. I called multiple times and set appointments, they have not yet sent a serviceman out to repair this issue so I'm stuck here living with birds. Ernest
